Terms of Service

DhaagaX turns photos of fabric (sarees, dress materials, suit sets and flat-lays) into AI-generated model photographs. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person or business per account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

• Images are paid for with prepaid credits. A render costs 1 credit at 1K, 2 at 2K and 3 at 4K, per photo.
• New accounts get 5 free credits, usable at 1K only. 2K and 4K unlock after your first purchase.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable. If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. See the Refund Policy.
• We may change prices. A price change never affects credits you have already bought.

You keep all rights to the fabric photos and designs you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. You give us a limited licence to process them only to produce your images.

Do not upload photos of real people, or designs, logos or trademarks that belong to someone else without their permission.

• Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial catalogues and ads. We claim no ownership of them.
• The models in generated images are AI-generated, not real people. Do not present them as real people or use them to deceive.
• AI output can vary in accuracy, and similar results may be produced for other users. Check each image before you publish it.
• Images are deleted from our servers 120 minutes after they are created. Download them before then.

You agree not to:

• generate unlawful, obscene, hateful or misleading content;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or design rights;
• scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, or try to get around the credit system;
• resell access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work to keep DhaagaX running, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may pause it for maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You agree to compensate us for claims made against us because of content you uploaded, or because you broke these terms.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
