Refund & Cancellation Policy

DhaagaX sells prepaid digital credits that are added to your account the moment payment succeeds. Because of that, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. Here is exactly what that covers and what it does not.
01No refunds on credit packs
- Purchased credits are non-refundable, used or unused.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, because the credits are delivered instantly.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
- Free signup credits have no cash value.
- Unused credits are forfeited if an account is closed.
02Failed generations
You are never charged for an image you did not get. If a generation fails, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You can see every refund in Credits & billing. These refunds are in credits, not money.
03Payment taken but no credits
Credits usually arrive within a minute. If money left your account but no credits arrived within 24 hours, or you were charged twice for one order, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We will either add the missing credits or return the duplicate or failed payment to your original payment method.
Returned payments usually take 5–7 business days to reach you, depending on your bank.
